I decided to become a therapist after my senior year of high school. This decision became clear to me through my own healing process in therapy. My experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others in their recovery.
I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Northwest Missouri State University (Go Bearcats!) and my Master of Social Work at the University of Kansas.
My clinical interests are eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. I specialize in these areas not only because of my professional expertise but also due to my personal experience. Having struggled with and recovered from an eating disorder, I have a deep empathy for those facing similar challenges. Additionally, as someone who is naturally sensitive and prone to anxiety, I’ve dedicated significant effort to learning how to navigate this often overwhelming world. My journey fuels my passion for helping you, or your loved one, find healing and manage these challenges with more ease.

Clients often describe me as relational, energetic, and compassionate. I approach each session with a non-judgmental, gentle, and curious spirit, creating a safe space for exploration and growth.
